International Advisory Council of Universal Credit Rating Group (IAC of UCRG)


Comprised of world-renowned statesmen and economists, the IAC of UCRG is an international non-profit think tank committed to realizing the development strategy of UCRG.   


The missions of the International Advisory Council of UCRG are as follows:

(1)   To provide valuable advice for the development and implementation of UCRG’s development strategy;

(2)   To promote studies on credit-based economy and rules of the development of ratings, construct a credit knowledge system and alter people’s conventional comprehension of credit-based economy and credit rating so that wider consensus can be built on following objective rules governing credit rating and reforming the current international credit rating system;

(3)   To organize diversified forums themed on establishing a new order of international rating system so as to disseminate new ideas and concepts on rating across the world;

(4)   To promote a dual-rating model that benefits domestic economy’s integration into the global credit-based economy among governments, so as to ensure impartial allocation and reasonable utilization of global credit resources and to prevent global economy from being crippled by credit crisis through provision of reliable ratings.
